Milad-e Noor sales its lighting systems though a network consisting of selected employees including technicians. All parts of lighting systems made by Milad-e Noor are covered by a 5-year guarantee against failure or construct faults.
Guarantee Condition of Lighting Systems ( Liability Limit of Milad-e Noor Company)
- This guarantee covers all abrasions, corrosions, scratches, used pieces and metal components mal-paintings;
- This guarantee does not cover natural events such as damaged lighting system due to improper installation by short circuit connection;
- This guarantee does not cover breakage of glass or talc of lighting system;
- If you being informed about glass breakage of lighting system or mechanical damage upon delivery, you can call with Milad-e Noor or its legal representatives to repair or replace them as soon as possible;
- This guarantee does not cover costs of transportation and reinstallation of lighting system;
- Please report each under guarantee faults, technical faults or any other malfunction of lighting system along with a copy of origin sales note to the company or sales representative to repair or replace defected system as soon as possible.
Generally, the following alternatives are offered by the company for defected delivered lighting systems:
- Free repair of lighting system and solving faults and defects and/or verifying each current defect
- To repay customers price and give back lighting system and verifying current defects
- To replace defected lighting system with product give back and verifying current defects
